WELFARE SQUARE!!!
I
LOVE
THIS
PLACE!
You should see the preparation that has actually been going on for a very very long time. The world may be surprised but I’m not. Not one bit.
Harry Smith from NBC’s Rock Center had no idea that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints was so invested in helping their own AND helping the world. Money where your mouth is.

Liesa, thanks for posting that link. I watched the show last night on TV and after watching the first video about the tour of the Bishops Storehouse ALOT of that information which was given to Harry Smith in that video WAS NOT played on national TV, which was too bad. That was a clear and concise description of what goes on there.

Thanks for pointing that out Melanie! You’re so right and I caught the detail of Harry Smith’s name. (Shouldn’t try to post on the fly.) You complete me.

Raspberry jello sounds messy and sticky right? Really all we did was arrange the bags of jello, 48 to a box, for shipment to bishops storehouses everywhere.
After a break of the best chocolate milk and cheese I helped package cheese for shipment too. I love working at the dairy!!
The best place to work is the bishops storehouse its self. When someone comes in with tear filled eyes and leaves with a thankful smile, there is no better feeling than to say that this is the best church ever to belong to!!! Love serving others

Dear Laura, Amazing is exactly what happens when there is inspired leadership. Truly great things are accomplished and everyone is invited to participate. As you can tell from the experience Kris shared, both the giver and the receiver are blessed. xo
