I totally agree Kris, and Liza’s group has so much more up their creative sleeves. Their plan includes launching their own channel where all the films can be viewed for FREE. There would be instructions for parents to create/build their own art based activities that further teach and reinforce values. As the project moves forward, sponsorship would fund an on-line film academy for kids (again, this would be FREE) and a mentoring program that will help kids learn the basics of film making with the website providing a platform for their work. Ironically what they are trying to facilitate is an opportunity to TURN OFF the computer, get families to interact and then give kids the chance to be creative themselves and also develop some new skills along the way!
